Frequently Asked Questions
Everything sellers ask about pricing, condition, pickup, and payment. If your question isn’t here, email [email protected].
We buy iPhone and Samsung Galaxy screens — original, refurbished, used, or broken. Models from iPhone 8 through 15 Pro Max, plus Galaxy S, Note, A, and Fold series. See our screen price guide for grading tiers and indicative pricing.
Yes. Broken screens are our flagship service, but we also buy laptops (MacBook, Dell, HP, Lenovo — working or faulty), whole phones (iPhone & Galaxy, locked or unlocked), smartwatches (Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Garmin), and game consoles (PS4/5, Xbox, Switch). Send model details and condition photos via the quote form and we’ll come back within 24 hours.
Cracked glass, dead pixels, ghosting, lines, water-damaged, or fully working. We grade each screen individually so condition affects the per-unit price, not whether we’ll buy it. Pull-from-housing screens and refurb stock are both fine.
Send model numbers, quantity, and photos to [email protected] or use the form on our Get a Quote page. We respond within 24 hours during business days.
Price is set per unit based on model, originality (OEM vs. refurb), and condition grade. Bulk lots from repair shops get trade pricing. We confirm the final price after physical inspection so the quote you receive is what you’re paid, assuming the stock matches what was described.
Yes. Free onsite pickup across metro Melbourne for confirmed quotes. Outside metro, contact us for arrangements. You can also drop off at our head office at 24-26 Smeaton Avenue, Dandenong, during business hours.
Same day. Once stock is received, inspected, and confirmed against the quote, payment goes out via bank transfer the same business day. No drawn-out approvals or hold periods.
Yes — this is a big part of what we do. Trade-friendly pricing, regular pickup runs across Melbourne, and ongoing relationships with repair shops. Tell us roughly how many units you move per month and we’ll set up the right cadence.
If we find a meaningful difference (e.g. screens described as original turn out to be aftermarket, or condition is materially worse than described), we’ll send you a revised offer with a clear breakdown. You can accept the revised price or have the stock returned at our cost.
Right now we focus on buy-back. If you’re a repair shop with ongoing stock needs, get in touch — we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
