Grade A
· Mint / Like-newPristine, fully functional, no marks. Battery health 90%+. All accessories ideal but not required.
Highest tier — top dollar for these.
Grade B
· Good / UsedLight wear, fully functional, minor scratches on glass or frame. Battery health 80%+.
Strong fair-market rate for resellable units.
Grade C
· Damaged / FunctionalCracked glass, dented frame, dead pixels, or worn battery (under 80%). Still powers on and works.
Mid-tier — depends on which parts still work.
Grade D
· Non-functional / iCloud lockedNo power, water damage, iCloud / FRP locked, severe damage. Bought for parts harvest.

Sign out of iCloud / Google
Activation locks reduce price drastically. Settings → Apple ID → Sign out. For Galaxy, remove Google account too.
Factory reset
After signing out, do a full reset. We will verify, and unreset phones can’t be quoted at full grade.
Send IMEI + photos
Settings → General → About → IMEI. Photos of front, back, and any damage speed up our quote.
